The South Esk was placed on minor flood warning earlier this week.
On Tuesday, the Bureau of Meteorology released an initial minor flood warning for the North Esk River, off the back of rainfall and melting snow.
The river is expected to maintain high levels throughout the week at St Patricks River and the Upper reaches.
Minor flooding is likely along the Lower North Esk, and at Corra Linn.
The South Esk could develop minor flooding at Fingal on Wednesday.
The Trevallyn Dam will continue to spill into Cataract Gorge for the rest of the week.
