The Dorset Men’s Masterclass taught beginner cooks how to spice up a range of meals, with lessons from Pepper Bush Adventures co-owner Craig Williams.
Mr Williams said many students formed everlasting friendships.
Masterclass participant Allan Cassidy said Mr Williams had been an exceptional teacher, teaching the cooks how to improve basic meals.
Mr Williams said truffle oil, salt, mountain pepper sauce and sassafras were used to spice up a dish with leek, lamb, bacon and mashed potato.
