The man, aged 43 from New Norfolk, and the woman, aged 38 from Clarendon Vale, were arrested earlier this week after police alleged located materials used for the creation of the drug inside a Mornington shed.

A 27-year-old Mornington man was also charged and will appear in court at a later date, Tasmania Police said.
