The Tasmanian football squad has been been picked for the AFL under-16 national championships round 2 and 3 matches. Northern players selected are Jared Dakin (Longford), Chayce Jones, Jacob Boyd, James Curran, Tim Auckland, Jack Barrett (Launceston), Tarryn Thomas and Jacob Singline (North Launceston). Tasmania will play NT on July 5, at Metricon Stadium and NSW-ACT on July 9, at Southport.
