The foundation presented cheques to Rural Alive and Well, Launceston City Mission, Magnolia Place and Starting Point Neighbourhood House in Ravenswood.
Cape Hope Foundation chairman Nicholas d'Antonio said the recipients were selected based on their contribution to the community and he hoped the funds would help them continue their work.
"The generosity of people in Northern Tasmania has been overwhelming,” he said.
“What we’re trying to do is create a more connected and caring community.”
A further $6000 was donated with RAW and City Mission receiving an additional $3000 each to assist with emergency flood relief.
"They're at the coalface of this emergency that we've been confronted with," he said.
"We thought as a community organisation, we should be putting our foot foward to help in a small way."
