Mr Butcher will be joined by folk singer’s Jen Mize and Gretta Ziller.

He said he’d previously played in Bridport, Hobart and Stanley, and found the crowd highly responsive.  

“I’ve always said just making my first album was a dream come true, I had the songs in my head for a few years,” Mr Butcher said.

“Some of my songs tell a story, others are the alternative country type which I think derives mainly from an American style.”
