Operations manager Stuart Eaton said the finals would be rescheduled later this year.
“The last couple of days have been quite nice in Launceston but we thought not to risk it with the state of the course the way it was,” Eaton said.
“We don’t want to subject our players to poor conditions in a state pennant final.
“We will probably reschedule the finals for August or September.”
Launceston Golf Club has booked a spot in all three divisional finals and hope to defend their division one title against Tasmania.
Launceston and Tasmania will also face-off for the division two flag, while Launceston are pitched against Claremont in division three.
Launceston made the finals after preliminary final wins at Ulverstone last Sunday.
