Robertson lined up for the Crows in last year's corresponding fixture and kicked six goals to help the Crows collect a 27 point win.
The coup comes just six weeks after premiership duo Brad Sewell and Adam Schneider turned out for Scottsdale's NTFA side, with the ex-Saint booting 10 goals in a thumping win.
The club will also host a function after the match, which is set to include a question and answer session with the players and a selection of memorabilia.
