The Hardwicke is a contemporary four bedroom home with an ensuite. In line with the current trend it has a large open living area with lots of glass to take in views and light. Externally, the Hardwicke is finished with a low maintenance colorbond cladding, with an upgraded painted vertical panelling to the entry wall, to create a statement of modern design as you approach the home.
The Sheridan is a stately three bedroom home with an ensuite and large office or a fourth bedroom if needed for the family. The high roof line gives a strong presence to this grand home. The 2.7 metre high walls are clad in a cement sheet weatherboard, which is a durable and classy finish for a country-style home. The deep weatherboards give a crisp shadow-line, and these boards provide an excellent fire rating for new homes being built in bushfire prone areas.
The windows are all double glazed, and feature colonial bars set inside the glass, giving the true country style without the painful cleaning experience. A hardwood verandah wraps around two sides of the home, and French doors open up invitingly from the living areas and bedrooms.
