Now a fundraiser for the West Tamar Arts Group is celebrating all things shoes and wine – with a twist.
“We've asked some special people and celebrities to loan us a pair of their shoes and a photograph,” said West Tamar Arts Group vice chairwoman Hilary Keely.
“People have to match the shoes to the photograph.”
The fundraiser – held at the historic Newstead House – will raise money for the upcoming Artentwine Sculpture Biennial and symposium.
“It's the first time we've done the symposium and we're getting interstate and local artists and academics to come to it, which is just fantastic,” Ms Keely said.
The event will be supported by a light lunch matched by Iron Pot Bay wines and a tour of the house’s gardens.
