They have been identified as future talents within the umpiring pathway and this selection will provide an opportunity to further their development.
The trio will meet with other promising umpires from around the country, be observed and mentored by AFL umpiring coaches and bring back knowledge and experience to share with the Tasmanian State League umpiring group.
State umpiring manager Mike Brown said: "It's exciting to be able to provide opportunities like this to our up and coming umpires.
“The Youth Girls' National Championships are the first step in the national umpire pathway. Later in the year we will also have an opportunity to send Tasmanian umpires to the U16 and U18 National Championships."
