The 54-year-old Bridgewater resident allegedly swerved between lanes and almost caused a crash on the Bridgewater causeway early on Tuesday afternoon.
The woman has been charged with multiple offences, police said.
“Police would like to hear from any witnesses regarding the driving of a white BMW sedan travelling between 12pm and 1.30pm on Tuesday, 26th April,” Constable Christopher Lovell said.
“Police are particularly interested to hear from witnesses who saw the vehicle across the Bridgewater causeway, where it reportedly was swerving between lanes and allegedly almost caused a traffic collision.”
Witnesses should contact the Bridgewater Police Station on 6228 4103 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
It is the second time in less than a week that police have caught someone with a blood alcohol level of more than .3.
