Footage emerged on the weekend of two women at Claremont College allegedly bashing a 16-year-old girl on school grounds.
The alleged attackers are aged 17 and 22 and are not students or employees of the school.
Police have charged the 17-year-old but are yet to speak to the woman involved.
The alleged incident was followed by the arrest of a 21-year-old Maxwell Alexander Jacques who allegedly brought a replica gun onto Rose Bay High School grounds on Monday and sent the school into lockdown.
In response, an Education Department spokeswoman said the sector was satisfied with its current procedures.
``The department has in place detailed protocols relating to school security,’’ she said.
``The department’s ‘Critical Incident and Emergency Procedures’ provide clear guidelines to help schools respond appropriately to events, such as the recent incident at Rose Bay High School, and help the department meet its obligations to provide a safe and healthy work environment.’’
