Lyons Liberal MHR Eric Hutchinson announced the grants for five projects on Sunday.
The Farm Shed Wine Centre at Bicheno will receive $250,000 to create a facility for tourism events, exhibits and an interpretation space for local vineyards and artists.
An environmental sculpture park and Picnic Island Penguin Camp will get $245,000, and the Spring Bay Distillery $106,225.
Triabunna Town Gatehouse has been promised $100,000, and Mayfield Road upgrades will get $20,000.
Most funding is from the Regional Tourism Infrastructure Innovation Fund.
