The trial of Linda Lee Jones, 43, and Tiffany Louise Shaw, 21, began in the Supreme Court in Launceston last week.
On Wednesday, jurors retired to deliberate about 10am and returned guilty verdicts on all counts after 11.30am.
Jones and Shaw had denied causing grievous bodily harm to a woman by repeatedly striking her with metal bars to the hands, arms and torso.
The victim suffered broken ribs, extensive pain, bruising and cuts, organ damage, and a broken and degloved finger which is now deformed.
Jones and Shaw also denied having assaulted a child by smashing a car window in a failed attempt to strike the child inside with a metal bar.
The child suffered a "terrifying" ordeal and was forced to clamber into the front of the car for safety.
Jones further denied having unlawfully injured a car window, while Shaw pleaded guilty to the same charge.
Both were also verbally abusive and threatened to "kill the kid" in the car, shortly before Shaw ploughed her metal bar in a stabbing motion several times through the car window, striking the car seat.
Their crimes occurred in the Woolworths car park on January 19, 2014 about 3.30pm.
Justice Robert Pearce adjourned sentencing submissions to Friday.
