Fatal crash on Birralee Road (update 11.15pm)
A MAN died in a crash between a car and a truck on Birralee Road in the state's North on Thursday.

The crash happened about 6pm when a white Volvo sedan collided with a fully-laden B-double log truck three kilometres south of Birralee Hall.
The man was the driver of the sedan.
It is understood the driver of the log truck was not injured.
Birralee Road between Frankford corner and Selbourne Road was closed for about four hours while police, volunteer firefighters and SES attended the scene.
The road was reopened about 10pm.
