EARLIER 4.30pm: The East Tamar Highway near Hillwood is partially closed after an incident involving a tractor.

Police have reported that a person is trapped in the tractor by the arm.

It has forced a partial lane closure and possible traffic disruption.

Police are controlling traffic at the site.
