THE Tassie Hawks were in full flight on Wednesday morning, bringing three premiership cups to Launceston's Silverdome to celebrate last Saturday's Grand Final win.

Twenty players including captain Luke Hodge, crowd favourite Cyril Rioli and Tasmanian Grant Birchall greeted hundreds of fans at the event.
Hawthorn senior coach Alistair Clarkson said it was important to the club to make the trip to Tasmania.
``We've really enjoyed winning these cups and sharing then with our fans,'' he told the crowd at the Silverdome.
Captain Luke Hodge said the players were always keen to visit the state.
``All of Tasmania has been fantastic for our football club,'' he said.
Tasmanian treasurer Peter Gutwein said Tasmanians should be proud that Aurora Stadium was the ``best regional stadium in the country.''
``It's fantastic to be here today, what a fantastic achievement by Hawthorn, three premierships in a row, and importantly taking the Tasmanian brand to the world,'' he said.
``Having Tasmania there on the MCG on Saturday with a worldwide audience of nearly 25 million people watching that game, but importantly with Tasmania as one of the major sponsors, and the brand Tasmania front and centre on Hawthorn jumpers, it's priceless.''
Players had earlier attended the Launceston Show ground at Inveresk to meet with disadvantaged children from St Vincent de Paul.
Players also attended events in Hobart and Devonport.
Premier Will Hodgman said the Hawks' lap of the state was a great opportunity for Tasmanians to share in the grand final victory.
"This third successive Premiership puts Hawthorn among the greatest AFL teams of the modern era," Mr Hodgman said.
"It’s a terrific time for Tasmania to be their partner. It is a true partnership in every sense of the word – it is good for them, and it is even better for us."
More than a thousand Hawks supporters gathered in Hobart to welcome captain Luke Hodge, coach Alistair Clarkson and other star players to the South of the state.
Helicoptered in from Launceston, the team met an excited crowd at Macquarie Wharf.
Premier Will Hodgman and Hodge proudly held up this year's premiership cup.
Mr Hodgman said club's victory lap of the state was a great opportunity for Tasmanians to share in their Grand Final victory.
''It is a chance to meet the team behind the three-peat and say congrats, particularly to Tasmanian premiership player Grant Birchall,'' Mr Hodgman said.
''It’s a terrific time for Tasmania to be their partner,'' he said.
