This year's show will be held on Friday, November 13, and Saturday, November 14.
Show secretary Maria Branch said the show society had added extra classes as a show of respect the soldiers' bravery.
"In the senior and junior homecrafts sections, there will be categories for a plate of four Anzac biscuits, a cake decorated with an Anzac theme and a pair of hand-knitted grey socks," she said.
"The theme of photographs in the open, novice and two junior classes will be studies of sunsets, sunrises and the sky in Tasmania."
Ms Branch said the theme borrowed from the Anzac ode that includes the words:
"At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them".
Ms Branch said Friday night's live on-stage entertainment would come courtesy of Zack Walsh and the Young Guns.
"Chainsaw sculptor Eddie Freeman will be demonstrating his skills on Friday and motorcycle comedy stunt act Epic Darren will present his show on both Friday and Saturday, so no one should miss out," she said.
Epic Darren is the alter ego creation of professional street and circus performer Adam Ariel, a former martial arts stuntman, who now earns a living with circus skills and a crazy sense of humour.
Show patrons on Friday and Saturday will be able to watch as the Wayfarers present their medieval demonstrations and brothers Barry and John Blenkhorn will again be exhibiting their working model quarry.
A yard dog trial will be staged on the Saturday.
Ms Branch said that the usual sideshow alley stands and rides would be there to keep the whole family entertained.
