Justice Minister Vanessa Goodwin on Monday announced that Life Without Barriers would roll-out the three-year Back on Track program.
The program replaces U-Turn, and will see about 20 participants engaged at a time, including five each in the North and North-West, and 10 in the South.
It is aimed at moderate to high risk offenders between the ages of 18 and 25, and will include case management intervention, referral services, and employment opportunities.
There were four tenders for the program.
It will cost $1.5 million over three years.
