The Saints went through the season without a loss and a remarkable percentage of 762.53 to claim back-to-back reserves flags.
It was slow going early on at Youngtown Oval with the eventual premiers kicking 1.5 to the Eagles' solitary behind to quarter-time.
However, St Pats got their A-game motoring thereafter relentlessly ensuring they capped off an undefeated season, winning 20.12 (132) to 3.4 (22).
Saints veteran Lenny Towns was the premier forward, booting four goals, while Dayle O'Neill chipped in with three.
Jeff Scales Memorial Medal winner Dave Rodman was a consistent performer throughout the match and joined Tom Grimes, James Langley and vice-captain Brenton Cook in kicking two majors.
Aden Morris, Luke Wheldon, Cameron Bailey and Mathew Williams were also solid.
The goalkickers for Evandale were few and far between with all three of their goals coming in the second quarter via Liam Jarvis, Robert Tubb and Jarrod Enniss, while Luke Niejalke proved a consistent performer.
