THE Pyengana Dairy Company will not be resting on its laurels after its recent win at the delicious magazine's Produce Awards.

The business won the producer of the year award for its tasty chedder (12+ months).
But director Lyndall Healey said the business would now be looking to break into the Asian market, particularly Hong Kong and Singapore, who "know good quality cheese".
Mrs Healey said that plan was something they had been working on for "a while".
"That award will give us a boost, as we know there is a demand out there for our boutique product."
She said the award win was a nice tick for the strong work they were doing in the North-East.
On the award, she said it was an honour to receive it, as the "calibre of judges were insane".
