Coach Mitch Hills was keen for his side to finish off what has been a disastrous season on a high note starting with a win over the Tigers.
"We're really excited about the last four weeks and trying to finish the year on somewhat of a positive note," Hills said.
"Obviously each week our form has been up and down but we want to play our best footy and get some consistency into our game starting with this weekend and see if we can finish with a few wins because we've got three winnable games for us coming up and we want to start that this week."
The Tigers have won three games this season after being winless in their inaugural season compared to the Storm's one.
They can count victories over Clarence, Lauderdale and Launceston in their list of scalps, which will make them favourites heading into the game.
"We are probably going into this game as underdogs which is probably right at this point in time and we relish that tag and hope to respond after last week," Hills said.
He said a poor start cost them against North and it would be important for his side to start well.
"We know the Tigers are a very young side but hugely enthusiastic and they will desperate to stop us getting wins on the board.
"They will no doubt start well at home and we need to make sure our processes before the game are right and we start it with high intensity."
