A woman has been taken to the North-West Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries following a head-on crash at Forth on the state's North-West.
Police say that a blue Holden Commodore station wagon and a white Toyota Hilux collided head-on on Wilmot Road just after 6pm.
The female driver of the Commodore was initially trapped, but was cut free and taken to hospital.
Police remain at the scene.

Police and emergency services are at the scene of a head-on crash on Wilmot Road at Forth on the state's North-West Coast.
An occupant in one of the vehicles is trapped.
The road is blocked and police ask that motorists avoid the area.
