Singer-songwriter Jed Appleton makes the trek to Launceston for the Northern launch of his new album.
Offering support will be Paper Souls, Younger Dryas frontman Jesse Higgs and Joe Mungovan, from New South Wales.
Appleton will also appear at Hobart's The Republic Bar on Saturday.

Music duo Butterscotch Pony will launch their latest single at the Northern Club this weekend.
As well as music, the show will also feature an art display, with that art to be burnt at the end of the show, and a comedic element.

Butterscotch Pony will also appear at Shots on Wax at noon on Saturday.
