Jamie Garwood, 33, faced the Launceston Magistrates Court by video-link on Tuesday.
Defence solicitor Alan Hensley entered guilty pleas to all of Garwood's remaining charges except for one.
Garwood maintained his not guilty plea to the unlawful possession of $1790 in cash at Rocherlea on June 5.
Mr Hensley said a hearing date was not required and he hoped the matter would resolve after negotiations.
Magistrate Sharon Cure ordered Garwood to reappear for facts and sentence on Friday at 11.30am.
In addition to his 10 drug-driving offences, Garwood has admitted to a series of minor drug offences, breaches of bail and various driving offences.
Garwood’s most serious crimes are evading police and negligent driving at Rocherlea on June 5.
He drove at 140km/h in a 100km/h zone along the East Tamar Highway and swerved towards a uniformed police officer who was forced to take cover behind a police vehicle to avoid injury in Lilydale Road.
