In a heated clash between the Eastern Shore rivals that might keep the match review panel busy on Monday night, scores were tied up at three-quarter-time but the Southern Bombers booted seven goals to five in the final quarter to record a 14.15 (99) to 13.3 (81) victory.
Ben Halton kicked six goals for Lauderdale to be one of their best players along with Kaine Waller, Jim Dunham and Ben McGuiness.
Trent Standen was the Roos' best goalkicker, finishing with five, with Ben Ling, Gabbie Chambers and Josh Fox among their best.
The win leaves Lauderdale in fourth spot, two games behind North Launceston in third but with Hobart City snapping at their heels level on points but down on percentage.
GLENORCHY continued on their winning way, handing the Tigers a 75-point defeat at KGV.
