The mass, renamed Nelson Mass following Horatio Nelson's stunning victory over Napoleon, has been practised and polished by the community group since the start of this year.
Their works will be delivered during a 40-minute rendition of the mass, and paired with performers Bon Accorde, Michaela Young, Leonie Gryta, Christopher Bryg and Christopher Nazarian.
Purcell's King Arthur, Vivaldi's Juditha Triumphans and Purcell's Dido Aeneas will also be delivered during the afternoon, to start at 2.30pm.
Singers manager Sally Fowler said several of their soloists were flying in from interstate for the performance, and hoped to garner a significant crowd for their efforts.
Mrs Fowler said the choir selected the church as their event venue, not only because of its incredible interior, but for its placing as a leading stage in the Northern Midlands.
"Because we're a Northern Midlands-based choir, we make a good point of having our concerts in the Northern Midlands," she said.
"There have been suggestions that we have concerts in Launceston, but we figure there are choirs to perform there, therefore we try to perform in the Northern Midlands."
The mass is ideally suited for a church setting, and will be performed with the inclusion of an interval with refreshments between acts.
Admission to the show is $25 an adult, and $20 a concession.
Mrs Fowler said they often gained new interest in the choir after performances, and welcomed singers of all abilities to join.
