A reunion will be held at the Exeter clubrooms on July 25.
The football club folded in 1992 but enjoyed five premierships in its time.
The Exeter Mini League, which still operates today, boasts about 20 premierships.
The Exeter Mini League will play fellow foundational team Beauty Point at the reunion with a medal to go to the best player on ground.
Organiser Trevor Clark said City South legend Graeme Wilkinson would attend the day as guest speaker.
He said there would be plenty of family-friendly activities on the day.
"Graeme Wilkinson will talk about his football life and where he thinks football is going," Mr Clark said.
"There will be bar facilities, hot food, raffles and lucky draws.
"It's a chance to catch up with old teammates and enjoy the camaraderie."
Mr Clark said there could be up to four generations of involvement within the club present at the reunion.
"It'll be the first reunion for the Exeter Mini League, which was founded in 1970," he said.
"We really don't know who's going to be there but we hope it's going to be a great day and fine weather."
Mr Clark asked people to bring their photographs and trophies from their involvement with the club.
