THE jury in the Launceston trial of two brothers accused of serious acts of violence during a fatal pub brawl has delivered its verdicts.

The trial of Mitchell Clay Dowling, 44, and Jay David Blazely, 40, ended on Tuesday in Launceston.
They contested eight charges of violence upon four men.
Jurors found Blazely: guilty of assaulting Tony Brown, guilty of having committed an unlawful act intended to cause grievous bodily harm against Mr Brown, not guilty of assaulting Derryn Thomas, not guilty of assaulting Jesse Thomas, and guilty of assaulting Grant Thomas.
The jury also found Dowling: guilty of assaulting Derryn Thomas, not guilty of assaulting Jesse Thomas, not guilty of assaulting Grant Thomas, not guilty of assaulting Tony Brown, and guilty of having committed an unlawful act intended to cause bodily harm against Mr Brown.
The brawl started in the Mowbray Hotel on July 17, 2013, about 8pm and Mr Brown died afterwards.
