TWO Ravenswood men have been charged with multiple burglary, stealing and car thefts after a police chase.

Police have alleged the men travelled from Evandale to Richmond in the state’s South in a stolen vehicle on Thursday night.
It is alleged that the men were observed in Evandale about 4pm on Thursday, and were then seen again about an hour later near Oatlands.
Police said a number of units were involved in an attempt to intercept the men on Mudwalls Road near Richmond.
The Westpac Search and Rescue Helicopter was mobilised, and road spikes were successfully deployed.
The men have been in custody in Hobart since Thursday night.
They were charged with:
Motor Vehicle Stealing x 6
Aggravated burglary x 6
Burglary x 12
Stealing x 15
Breach of bail conditions x 2
Destroy Property x 1
Aggravated Assault x 1
Dangerous driving x 1
Evade Police x 2
Drive while disqualified (Vehicle and Traffic Act) x 1
Possess a firearm when not the holder of a firearm licence of the appropriate category x 1
Possess ammunition when not the holder of the appropriate firearm licence x 1
Possess loaded firearm in a vehicle in a public place x 1
Stealing Firearm or Firearm Part x 1
Carry a firearm with intent to commit a crime x 1
Handle a firearm whilst under the influence of alcohol or other drug x 1
The men were due to appear in an after hours sitting of the Hobart Magistrates Court on Friday night.
