The 199 centimetre, 101 kilogram ruckman-forward was on Wednesday night named for a Swans side missing forward targets Lance Franklin and Kurt Tippett due to suspension.
The 20-year-old former Northern Bomber from George Town comes into the 2014 runner-up's side after a 48-hit-out for the Swans' reserves in the NEAFL the previous week.
His debut comes on the back of Launceston's Jake Kolodjashnij getting his first game for Geelong in round 12.
They are two of three Tasmanians to make their debut this season, along with Ulverstone's Alex Perace at Fremantle.
