LIMITED edition consoles are all the rage right now.
PlayStation has announced that its new 1 TB PlayStation 4 Ultimate Player Edition will be coming to Australian shores from July 15.
The new console of course features a larger hard drive - double the standard 500GB.
The machine will be available for a RRP of $549.95.
Meanwhile, across town, Microsoft has unveiled its limited edition XBOX ONE FORZA MOTORSPORT 6 console.
To celebrate 10 years of the critically-acclaimed Forza franchise, Microsoft's new console features a racing-inspired design with sportscar styling and custom automotive sound effects.
The new bundle includes a 1TB hard drive to match the PS4, a matching wireless controller with rubberised diamond grips and a digital copy of Forza Motorsport 6, as well as a 10th anniversary car pack.
Microsoft will sell the console package for $549 in Australia and all of it goes on sale from September 15.
For those interested, the anniversary car pack features 10 specially tuned and liveried cars, including the 2008 Aston Martin Team Forza DBS, the 2015 Lamborghini Huracan and the 2015 McLaren P1.
