The team came away with an impressive 77-69 victory over the top-of-the-table Dandenong Rangers in round 11 of the competition in Launceston.
Mikaela Ruef was a standout for the Tornadoes, playing close to 40 minutes on court and scoring an impressing 32 points and 15 rebounds.
Captain Lauren Mansfield finished the match with a total of 17 points and Alex Wilson managed 16.
Launceston Tornadoes coach Reece Potter said he was extremely happy with the player's performances and their attitude towards their winning-streak over the past nine rounds.
"To beat a team like the Rangers, they are an incredibly talented side and it was an unbelievable team effort," Potter said.
"The outstanding contribution from our local girls just keeps growing each week.
"Mikaela was a superstar, we're lucky to have her here with her experience and the positive attitude she brings is fantastic."
The Tornadoes will be tested in round 12 of the competition next week when they play the Hobart Lady Chargers in Hobart on July 3.
