Right to Information documents obtained by The Examiner show that then-premier Lara Giddings spent $62,092 in the year following March 15, 2013.
During that year, Ms Giddings spent $5231 to criss-cross the state on chartered flights to locations such as King Island, Queenstown and Strahan.
A Labor spokesman said chartered flights were only used by the former government when there were no commercial flights available, or when tight scheduling did not allow for car travel.
Ms Giddings also claimed $282 in expenses listed as being for dinner with the AWU, with Bryan Green claiming $39 and David O'Byrne claiming $65 for the same reason.
A Labor spokesman said it was not possible to determine if the claims were made for a single event or for multiple separate meetings.
"Ministers host events with a range of stakeholders, including industry groups, unions and community organisations," he said.
"The dates provided on the RTI document relate to when invoices were paid, not to when events were held."
Taxpayers spent $720 to buy Michelle O'Byrne a new iPhone, after multitasking whilst working from home led to her phone getting a run through the washing machine.
A penchant for Liveat food saw the ministers spend $856 with the company for cabinet meeting catering over a six-week period.
Documents detailing Opposition Leader Bryan Green's expenses for the year following the March 2014 election show he claimed $3626 for photocopier rental over a nine-month period, and $1083 for newspapers.
