The St Helens Football Club will hold its reunion weekend from June 26 to 28.
A number of events, including a cocktail party and significant home game, will be held celebrating the team.
Club assistant coach Nick Fysh said the Swans had soared to victory in the 1984, 1985 and 1987 finals.
Former coach John Thurley will attend the weekend to relive the team's glittering past.
"We're pretty excited," Fysh said.
"We're hoping to get about 200 or more to our dinner and we have about 90 at the cocktail party."
A home game will see the Swans clash with Bridport.
Fysh said it was shaping up to be a strong game.
"Bridport's been beaten once and St Helens has been beaten once," he said.
"We're expecting a really big crowd."
A welcome gathering is to be held on June 26 from 7.30 to 9.30pm at Swans' club rooms.
On June 27, the team will play Bridport on its home ground. Reserves will start at noon and seniors at 2pm. Ground entry will be $7.
The reunion gala dinner and entertainment will also be held on June 27 from 7pm at the St Helens District High School gymnasium. Tickets will cost $50 per person and include two-course meal and complimentary drink on arrival.
A brunch will be held on June 28 from 9.30 to 11.30am at the Swans club rooms at $10.
