The recipe book will be launched by the Legerwood Catering Group on June 28 to raise money for the Scottsdale Hospital.
Mrs Dennis said there were more than 240 recipes in the book, including some sent in by politicians Tania Rattray and Andrew Nikolic.
She said one of her favourites was for a rhubarb cake recipe given to her by an old friend.
"I suppose I'm a bit biased because some of them are mine," she said.
"There's quite a lot of recipes from friends of the group, heaps of cake recipes, loads of them, because they're such good cooks."
The Legerwood Catering Group will donate $10 to the hospital auxiliary from each book sold.
Mrs Dennis said the auxiliary would then use the money to buy much-needed items for the Scottsdale Hospital.
"When [the Auxiliary] have a meeting, the director of nursing always comes, and she'll come and say I've got a request to buy [item x]," she said.
"At the moment we've agreed to buy some bariatric scales, anything really that the hospital want; any extra pieces of equipment that they wouldn't otherwise get."
The book launch will include a trade table and lucky dip, with entertainment provided by Jamie Davis.
Afternoon tea will be provided for a gold coin donation.
Phil Dennis, from the Scottsdale Historical Society, will be selling copies of the book Then and Now, Scottsdale, which is a pictorial look at the history of the town.
Profits from the sale of Mr Dennis's book will go to the historical society.
The launch will be held at the Legerwood Hall from 2pm.
