FIFA scandal: greed, sleaze and football (and Australia's small part in its downfall)

Suddenly it seems like small beer, the $500,000 of taxpayers' money that Football Federation Australia deposited in a Caribbean bank account in 2010 amid its failed campaign to secure the 2022 World Cup. That money was supposed to be a donation to help build a football stadium in Trinidad and Tobago.
