Registrations for the May 16-17 marathon event close on Monday and organisers are confident of attracting 300 competitors.
Stage one's 23 kilometres of trails at Derby were launched in February and 80 kilometres of mountain bike trails are scheduled to be completed by mid-2016.
The newest additions have been named Dambusters and The Great Race by World Trails, the company constructing the facility.
Director Glen Jacobs said that the new trails were just under 11 kilometres long and provided spectacular scenery and riding.
"Dambusters is not for the faint hearted — it's a tough ride, and will take over from Krushka's as the longest loop in the network," he said.
"It is recommended for riders of intermediate skill level, who are keen on adventure, with its biggest feature being a white-knuckle descent."
Mr Jacobs said that Dambusters took riders to some wonderful features including Crystal Cascade, a beautiful waterfall where riders could stop to take a breather, or have a swim.
"An old existing bridge has had a new mountain bike trail bridge built on top and Lakeview Lookout provides stunning views of the lake from the top of the trail," he said.
Mr Jacobs said that a great deal of work had gone into creating these sections of trail.
"World Trail used five different construction styles on the Dambusters trail — we hope riders notice and enjoy the multi-style trail," he said.
"The Great Race was nearly all hand-cut, so we went back to old school trail building for this single track."
