Elsie Cornish, 18, Hayley Whyte, 17, and Courtney Webb, 15, will represent Tasmania at the championships to be played in Mandurah on May 4-8.
Thirteen Tasmanian players will team up with 13 Northern Territory girls as the combined Thunder-Devils team.
Eight teams will contest games across two pools with WA, Vic Metro, Queensland and Vic Country contesting pool A.
Pool B will see Northern Territory-Tasmania compete against New South Wales-ACT, South Australia and the Woomeras, an Indigenous girls team.
Cornish usually plays centre half-forward or centre half-back for the Launceston team, Whyte on a half-back flank or back pocket and Webb on a wing.
It is the first time that Cornish and Whyte have been picked in a state team.
"I am really excited and to be chosen in such a small group of 13 is pretty awesome," Cornish said.
Whyte said she was "stoked" to be part of the Tasmanian team and was looking forward to the trip.
It will be the second-straight nationals for Webb after she went to the championships last year.
"I'm excited to go away again and (it is) a good opportunity to play footy again," she said.
"I thought it was a really good experience last year and a good chance to play against some quality footballers."
The Tasmanian team is being coached by Clarence women's coach Andy Smith.
