The reigning premiers reinforced their place at the top of the NWFL ladder with another dominant display, which follows big wins over Ulverstone, East Devonport and Smithton in earlier rounds.
Devonport started the season with great expectation in their debut in the NWFL but have now slumped to fifth on the ladder.
The Magpies managed just one goal, off the boot of Nick Von Schill in the second term, and had no answer to the Cats onslaught.
Wynyard were inaccurate in front of goal, kicking 9.14 in the first half and 8.16 after the break, and that is an area coach Errol Bourn will have to work on.
Full forward Gregg Sharman maintained his lead in the NWFL goalkicking with a six-goal haul taking his season's tally to 42 goals, although he had a frustrating night with opposition defenders falling back on top of him.
Mikki Linnane kicked two goals from the wing to earn best afield votes and other good players were Declan Moore, Bryce Haneveer, Kallum Kubicki, Zane Murphy and Tom Mitchell.
The Cats ended the night with defender James Dawson on the injury list after he damaged his hamstring.
Devonport will have a nervous wait after busy rover Brad Taylor was reported for striking Murphy.
