Jack, who has cerebral palsy spastic quadriplegia, set out to complete Tasmania's famous Overland Track on the back of his father Chris Duffy on April 14.
Through the journey, they are also raising money for not-for-profit organisation Life Without Barriers.
The pair, with the support of a team, completed the 65-kilometre journey on Sunday, April 19.
