North-East Soldiers Memorial Hospital auxiliary member Phil Gray said planning was well underway for the fete, which takes place inside the hospital grounds from 9am to noon.
"Things will be good as long as the weather holds up," he said.
"It's the only large fundraiser we have and this little North-East Soldiers Memorial Hospital is a large part of the community.
"It provides a range of services to people in the North-East region. The hospital fete has become a tradition over time, everyone contributes."
There will be a range of stalls, attractions, children's activities, a Rotary barbecue and Lions chocolate wheel.
The community has been asked to clean out their cupboards, check their gardens for produce, pot a plant, bake a cake and donate for the big event.
