Shane Murray Brown appeared by video link from custody for a remand appearance in the Launceston Magistrates Court today.
Defence solicitor Mark Doyle said his client would plead guilty to all 11 charges across three complaints.
The main complaint comprised eight charges, including dangerous driving, being a driver who failed to stop after a crash, drug possession, drug-driving and failure to take all reasonable care and precautions with a syringe.
In a separate matter, Brown also pleaded guilty to having evaded police and disqualified driving.
Mr Doyle said with Brown's criminal history, imprisonment was inevitable, and his client would need supervision upon his eventual release.
Magistrate Reg Marron ordered a pre-sentence report.
Brown will reappear in court on February 24.
