A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged with 14 offences.
Police will allege the Devonport man began his crime spree in October, and racked up crimes such as aggravated burglary, stealing, and motor vehicle stealing.
Police say they have linked the man to a number of property offences that occurred around Devonport, East Devonport and Latrobe.
In total, he was charged with two counts of breaching bail, three counts of stealing, seven counts of motor vehicle stealing, one count of aggravated burglary, and one count of burglary.
He appeared in court out-of-hours and was granted bail.
A 21-year-old woman from East Devonport was charged with six counts of stealing, and one count each of aggravated burglary, burglary, and computer-related fraud.
She will appear in court at a later date.
Detective Acting Sergeant Felicity Boyd of Devonport CIB thanked the community for providing information that led to the arrests.
"We also encourage everyone to remain vigilant; to report suspicious activity in and around their neighbourhood, and remind them of the importance of securing their personal property to prevent crimes occurring,” she said.
