At about 9.40pm emergency services attended a fire at 9 Lovett Street, Queenstown, and found the structure was well alight and as a consequence, it was completely destroyed by the fire.
No-one was injured and the approximate cost of damage is $150,000.
The circumstances of the fire are the subject of investigation and fire scene examiners are attending the scene today to determine the cause.
Police would like to speak with anyone who witnessed or who has any information in relation to the fire through the police assistance line 131444 or Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
