The talented 16-year-old, of Ulverstone, spent four hours behind the upright piano in the middle of Reibey Street, entertaining crowds as part of the Central Coast Christmas Wonderland.
Event co-organiser Janice Archie said it was the first time the event had been held in the town in years.
"We had it here years ago and we thought we'd bring it back," she said.
"We're trying to do something to improve the trading here.
"We'll definitely do it again next year."
The event saw Ulverstone's main street blocked off from 9am.
Santa made an appearance, Italian motorbikes were on display, and a fashion parade was held.
One lucky shopper, Maree Knowles, won a $1000 travel voucher.
Eye Style Optical won the best window display competition.
Addison, who was playing all his songs without sheet music, said he enjoyed being part of the event.
He will make many more appearances in Ulverstone in coming months including a performance with his father Warren as part of the Live @ the Wharf series on Friday, February 6.
The series sees live music played at The Gnomon Pavilion at the Ulverstone Wharf every Friday night between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
