TREVALLYN captain and coach Damian Whybrow topped the TCL run chart in yesterday’s A-grade round with a good knock of 87 which helped his side record a big 110-run victory over Uni-Mowbray in their game at Trevallyn.

The home side scored 6-243, with Whybrow again among the runs after top scoring at the top of the order.
His score of 87 came off 88 balls and included 10 fours and three sixes.
Andrew Fitz made 41 and Glen Gleeson 24.
Leigh Sheppard was the best of the Mowbray bowlers taking 3-40 off eight overs, and Zac Barwick picked up 2-27.
The Mowbray Tigers managed 133 in reply, off 29.5 overs, Luke Richards the standout with the bat, top-scoring with 50.
Arlen Thompson and Matty Cocker took three wickets each for Trevallyn.
LONGFORD had no trouble chasing down Hadspen’s total of 7-171, making the runs with eight wickets to spare in their match at Longford.
The top side remained undefeated heading into the Christmas break finishing at 2-181, with opener Ashley Holloway leading the way at the top of the order with the top score of 65 not out.
Dion Blair finished 47 not out and Anthony Taylor made 33.
Earlier Scott Driessen was the best performer with the bat for the Chieftains, scoring 47, with two fours and four sixes, and captain Clint Moore made 36.
Jesse Arnol and Brett Martin both took 2-37 with the ball for the Tigers with Hamish Jones again very economical with 2-7, off eight overs.
BEAUTY POINT defeated Diggers by 51 runs in their game at Beauty Point.
The home side made 209 with contributions of 37 with the bat by Quinton Tahiri, 34 from skipper Rob Eltringham and 33 by opener Brennan Cresswell.
Diggers coach Craig Wegman batted well with a good knock of 60 but it wasn’t enough to get his side home with the team managing 9-158.
Darrell Clayton scored 28 and opener Leigh Clarke 25.
Beau Hills picked up the excellent figures of 5-39 for Beauty Point while Adam Henderson was the best of the Diggers bowlers taking 3-28.
LEGANA made it three wins in a row with a 17-run victory over Perth in a close game at Legana.
The Durhams made 194 batting first, with opener Sam Howe top-scoring with 56 and Adam Bourke making 53.
Nick Price was the best of the Demons’ attack, taking 3-33, with Kobi Latham and Brody Brown taking two wickets each.
Perth scored 177 in reply with Ethan Goldfinch the top scorer with 42 and Phil Fulton making 37.
Michael Dunn, Matty Wells and Tony Burgess took two wickets apiece for Legana.
