The pair will conduct a clinic at the club on Saturday, January 31, before performing an hour-long set on Sunday, February 1.
Country Music Clinic co-ordinator Glenn Price said he was stunned to receive confirmation of Jeffreys' attendance.
"I had Rod McCormack here in 2002 at Newstead College and he killed 'em," Mr Price said.
"I gave Rod a call for the clinic and while we're talking I hear 'what about me?' in the background — it was Gina.
"I said I couldn't afford her, but Rod said I could at mate's rates, so we did a deal and it happened like that."
He said the chance to witness the couple perform on the day was a rare opportunity for Tasmanian audiences.
"We don't very often get people like this down here," Mr Price said.
"I thought it was going to be hard to beat Stuie [French] and Camille [Te Nahu] from last year, but it's going to be very hard to top this, I can tell you."
He said the event was run with a grant from the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia.
"PPCA is money derived through records and CDs played on the radio," Mr Price said.
"I work it in conjunction with the country music festival with Greg Coad, we've done it the last three or four years."
The duo will perform with a Tasmanian backing band including Allan James, Nathan Talbot, Neville Marston, Darren Pinner and Michael Wilson.
