Trevallyn powered to the massive total of 4-217 from its 20 overs, a challenge that proved too great for Longford.
Damian Whybrow top-scored with 65 off 33 for the victors, which included seven sixes and four fours, before being stumped off the bowling of Ashley Holloway.
Shannon Rumbel finished with 53 off 28 and Matthew Groom hit an unbeaten 52 off 25 to help boost the total.
In reply, Longford made just 95, with its players struggling to reach double figures.
Nick Spencer top-scored with 24 off 24, closely followed by Anthony Taylor with 21 off 15.
After a 40-run opening partnership, the wheels fell off completely with Longford losing 6-14 in a major collapse.
